Step into the bar and you will feel like miles away from the bustling city. Binary’s intimate and avant-garde vibe makes it alluring whether you are alone or with a group of friends. It is an oasis in the city to go out and have a good time.

From Asian style to Western style to choose from

For food, Binary brings Asian and Western flavors to the table at their best, while keeping the two culinary traditions distinct.

Classic recipes from Asian and Western cuisines are carefully selected. Customers can choose either option – Asian or Western – or just choose both, as the dishes are perfect for sharing. You can choose between two culinary approaches or enjoy both styles on the same plate.

Korean Gochujang Iberian Pluma

Dishes are created for 2 or more to share; and are organized into six categories: bread and fries, small plates, kebabs, main courses, side dishes and desserts.

Bread & Chips (S $ 14 ++ each) offers two cuisines on one plate with distinct Asian and Western flavors, such as homemade Kubaneh bread with garlic butter and kombu butter. With the small plates (S $ 18 + each) and the main courses (S $ 38 + + each), the same product is prepared as two separate dishes, using classic recipes from Asian and Western cuisines. The small octopus plate (supplement of S $ 10 ++) is prepared with pesto alla genovese or crispy “Lao Gan Ma” pepper. For the main course, choose the Iberico Pluma in Argentinian chimichurri or Korean gochujang.

Choose your poison

Have you heard of the saying “no meal is complete without a drink”? Well that’s true at Binary! There are over 60 wine labels to choose from.

The bar offers remarkable quality at an attractive price are displayed on shelves next to the entrance. Customers can buy them to go or eat them at the table for an additional S $ 30.

Binary craft beer

The drink program also includes sakes, cocktails and craft beers, like the Binary Craft Brew ($ 16 ++ per pint),
an exclusive beer from Rye & Pint, a local brewery. The cream beer offers a smooth mouthfeel with hints of corn and caramel, and a finish.

Spice up

Binary’s signature cocktails include a refreshing chrysanthemum tea (S $ 24 ++), made with homemade chrysanthemum tincture, lime and lemongrass infusion, and Grand Marnier, topped with a tonic. Plus there’s The Spice It Up (S $ 24 ++) which is packed with punchy flavors from a blend of Macallan 12 with green chili, curry leaves, lime, and rasam powder.

If you like soft drinks, coffee and tea are also available on the menu.
