Juvia launches Miami spice menu
Located on Lincoln Road, Jubia is a rooftop restaurant and lounge with stunning views of Miami Beach. The white interior with purple accents and the lush vertical garden merges a chic, modern vibe with on-trend elegance that creates the perfect setting for a celebration, date or night on the town. Chefs Sunny Oh, formerly of Nobu, and Gilles Epie, recipient of the Michelin star, create harmonious blends of Asian, South American and French cuisine.
The 2020 menu is $ 39 and includes a varied selection of starters including shrimp anticucho, Greek salad and beef capaccio; The main dishes on the menu are pasta with zucchini, branzino and lamb shank; and desserts and desserts are a Mousse and Tres Leches, among other items.
Normally, you can find Korean marinated ribs, beef cheek, and pea risotto on the dinner menu. The desserts are expertly prepared by chef Gregory Gorreau, protected by emblematic chefs Alain Ducasse, François Payard and Daniel Boulud.
