The newly opened Paik noodles on Little Lonsdale Street will be serving their signature dishes daily and will soon be operating late into the night, with a license allowing them to open until 4am, so consider all your late night noodle cravings to sort them out .

With a selection of some of its most renowned recipes, Paik’s Noodle menu perfectly balances the rich savory and fermented flavors of Korean cuisine as well as traditional Chinese-style stir-fries. Delve deep into Umami territory with its signature Tang-Suyuk, deep-fried pork and vegetables; which is of course associated with the famous sweet and sour sauce.

If you’re feeling hot, try the Gochu Jjamppong, a fiery chilli broth slowly simmered with vegetables, mussels and chewy noodles. On the beverage side, you can refresh the spice with Korean rice wine, Suju Makgeolli, Cass beer, or Bongbong fizzy soda.
