As we welcome March today, we think of spring, warmer weather and wearing green for St. Patrick’s Day. In the state of New Jersey, St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated with parades and Irish pubs. Grab the corned beef and get ready to celebrate.
So many delicious Irish pubs on the Jersey Shore. On the list are several from Monmouth County, Sea Isle City, Wildwood and Atlantic City. Irish pubs in Monmouth County that make the list: Celtic Cottage Pub in Long Branch, Dublin House Restaurant & Pub in Red Bank, Harrigan’s Pub in Sea Girt, Kelly’s Tavern in Neptune and McDonagh’s Pub in Keyport.

PJ Sweeney’s is so much fun, especially for St. Patrick’s Day. It’s an awesome way to celebrate green in Ocean County. PJ Sweeney’s has classic bar favorites and those authentic Irish dishes like my favorite Corned Beef and Cabbage and Guinness Beef Stew, I’ll have to try that. It smells so good.
We have several excellent Irish pubs in Ocean County: one of my favorites, Klee’s Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights, and let’s not forget McIntyre’s Pub in Toms River.
